Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of being placed.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST are processed the following business day.
Weekend/holiday orders are processed the next business day.
Delivery Estimates:
Eastern U.S.: 3–5 business days
Western U.S.: 5–8 business days

We currently ship within the United States only.
USPS is required for deliveries to P.O. Boxes and military addresses.
Certain restricted/dangerous goods (e.g., fragrances) cannot be shipped via expedited methods.
Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders within the U.S.
Expedited options such as overnight or 2-day shipping are not available at this time.
Orders valued above $250 require a signature on delivery for your protection.
For additional security, we may contact you to verify your order/payment details.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
USPS tracking for P.O. Box and military shipments only confirms delivery, not movement in transit.
If your order is lost or delayed, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
Refused shipments are subject to carrier fees (non-delivery charges). These fees will be deducted from any refund or credit.
Delivery excludes weekends and holidays.
Free shipping is not a guaranteed service.
